World Malaria Day, observed on April 25, was established to raise awareness that malaria is preventable and treatable and to mobilize communities to become involved in the fight against it. ASPPH stands with other public health partners to commemorate the day. ASPPH members are partners in global efforts to eradicate malaria and share in the commitment to turn the tide of this epidemic.
