ASPPH welcomes Mr. Lovell McIlwain as web development specialist. Mr. McIlwain received his BS in Information Technology. He is a certified PC specialist and has five years’ experience in developing and maintaining innovative web applications using Ruby on Rails and MYSQL, and over eight years’ experience in maintaining cross platform database environments while monitoring the health and backup of database systems.
