The Herbert E. Stokinger Award is given each year to an individual who has made a significant contribution to the broad field of industrial and environmental toxicology. This year's Stokinger Award recipient is Dr. Franklin E. Mirer, professor of environmental and occupational health in the urban public health program at Hunter College of the City University of New York. The Stokinger Award will be announced at the AIHce Opening Session and presented to Dr. Mirer at the Stokinger Lecture on Thursday, June 5.
