Ms. Michelle Reece, a doctoral student in community and behavioral health at East Tennessee State University College of Public Health, has been named to serve on the Tennessee Men's Health Report Card Advisory Panel. Issued every two years, the Report Card provides an assessment of the health of men in the State of Tennessee for over 30 health indicators and compares these indicators to both national data and Healthy People 2010 benchmarks. The Advisory Panel is convened by the Vanderbilt Institute for Medicine and Public Health, Meharry Medical College, and the Tennessee Department of Health.  In addition to being the only student serving on the Advisory Panel, Ms. Reece is one of only two representatives from the northeast region of the state (the other being East Tennessee adjunct faculty member Dr. David Kirschke, medical director of the Northeast Regional Health Office).
