Maryland Study Explores Link between Aggression and Harmful Alcohol Use

Researchers at the University of Maryland School of Public Health have found that poor stress management could be a link between aggressive tendencies and problematic alcohol use in college students. Nearly 16 percent of college students engage in heavy drinking, and while aggression is often associated with alcohol-related problems, researchers are still searching for the factors that contribute to this relationship.
