The University of Michigan Risk Science Center at the School of Public Health is part of a new food ingredient safety academic institution established with the Grocery Manufacturers Association and Michigan State University. The University of Michigan Risk Science Center will lead the communications component of the project by developing innovative approaches to connect research on chemical ingredients in food, beverages, and cosmetics to stakeholders.
