A team from the University of Michigan found that one in ten older teens misuse prescription painkillers and sedatives. Dr. Rebecca Cunningham, director of the Injury Center and associate professor in the health behavior and health education department in the School of Public Health, was one of the lead authors of the study, which is published in Pediatrics.
