Michigan’s Findings Magazine Wins Gold and Bronze CASE Awards

The fall/winter 2014 (“What Does It Take to Change the World?”) issue of Findings, the University of Michigan School of Public Health’s biannual magazine, won the gold award for Special Issues in the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) 2015 Circle of Excellence competition. A panel of judges selected Findings from among 45 entries from university, college, and professional school magazines from around the world. Both the fall/winter 2014 and spring/summer 2014 (“The Human Mind”) issues of Findings received a CASE Circle of Excellence bronze award in the category of Special Constituency Magazines, from a field of 49 entries.

Findings is edited by Ms. Leslie Stainton, who is also the author of Lorca: A Dream of Life and Staging Ground: An American Theater and Its Ghosts. Her articles and essays have appeared in The New York Times, Washington PostOpera News, and American Theatre, among other publications. The magazine is designed by Mr. Don Hammond of Hammond Design in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
