The Health Division at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is looking for fall interns at a graduate-level (currently seeking a Master’s degree) in public policy, public health, public administration, business, economics, or a related field. The duration of the assignment is flexible, but OMB is looking for an intern to begin early September through February, or longer if available. Internships will be unpaid and interns should expect to commit 20-30 hours weekly. U.S. Citizenship is required. Experience:
Candidates must be strong multi-taskers, have excellent written and oral communications skills, and be able to work quickly and provide sound analysis in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also have strong quantitative skills and experience and academic training in government, economics, and statistics. Knowledge of health policy, the Federal budget and appropriations process is preferred, but not required.
