At the request of the United States Virgin Islands Department of Health, the Florida Public Health Training Center (FPHTC) designed, developed, and delivered the Tuberculosis (TB) Fundamentals and Response Planning Training Program to first responders on February 11-12. The FPHTC is one of several entities within the University of South Florida College of Public Health’s Center for Leadership in Public Health Practice (CLPHP) whose mission is to strengthen the public health workforce in Florida and elsewhere.
