The Hispanic-Serving Health Professions Schools (HSHPS) Student Mentorship Program for Hispanic Health Research (sMPH2r) is the first formal web-based national mentorship program focusing on Hispanic health research. The sMPH2r is a nine month program during the 2014 spring and summer semesters that is geared towards undergraduate juniors and seniors who have been accepted or have applied to graduate school; and first year graduate students in the health professions who have demonstrated commitment in research and working with the Hispanic community.
