At the University at Albany School of Public Health, assistant professor Dr. Christine Bozlak’s Health Policy and Management 531 course, Childhood Obesity from a Public Health Perspective, led the school’s celebration of Food Day (October 24, 2013) for the second year in a row. Food Day is a nationwide celebration and a movement for healthy, affordable, and sustainable food. Throughout the afternoon, the class hosted several activities focused on healthy eating.
