Dr. S. This award is presented in honor of someone who has dedicated years of service to the chapter and continues to provide support that enables the growth and development of the organization.

“This award is truly an honor considering the dedication, support, and hard work all our chapter leaders have provided over the last decade to keep the chapter strong and vibrant,” said Dr. Peres. “I was deeply grateful to have been recognized for my involvement with the chapter and the society as a whole.”

The Human Factors and Ergonomics Society is an international organization with approximately 25 chapters throughout the world. The mission of the society and its local chapters is the real world application of scientific advancements in human factors and ergonomics.
