Two professors at the University of Texas School of Public Health – Dr. Pauline Vaillancourt Rosenau, professor emeritus in the division of management, policy and community health and Dr. Lincy S. Lal, instructor in the division of management, policy, and community health – have won the 2014 Edgar C. Hayhow Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
