Researchers from the University of Washington School of Public Health will study the ways older adults best manage information about their personal health in order to live longer, more independent lives. Dr. Anne Turner, assistant professor in the department of health services, was awarded a five-year, $2.45 million grant from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that supports research to improve the quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of health care.
